I've been playing Legacy: Life Among the Ruins which is a fantastic game that I highly recommend if you're looking for something more open ended (Or really any hack based on Powered by the Apocalypse). Legacy is unique in that player characters take control of an entire faction rather than just a single character. Tons of fun and creates all kinds of unique stories that would be impossible in other systems/games.
I'm also getting ready to start a new campaign with Imperium Maledictum that I'm looking forward to. I have my admech savant X-Zariel all prepped to be consumed by xenos and/or warp shenanigans.
There's also an even smaller 2d6 RPG called Westlands that was made by a friend of mine that I'm going to be playing with and might even help contribute in the next publication. But we'll see how that last part goes.
Apothecaria is another one I've been playing, it's a solo journaling RPG where you play as a village witch who needs to heal the various villagers that come to you with their ailments. You need to go out and forage for the materials, brew it, and sell it. That builds reputation and progresses the story to more challenging ailments and customers. I've only done one week (the game's version of a round essentially) but I think it has a lot of potential and I'm looking forward to diving more into that.
I got some other one-shots coming up as well. I found a great local group who specifically does no DnD so it's been great being able to try out so many different systems.

That sounds like a great setup! I'm in an apartment so just a free standing AC unit is the best I can do, but I got the model that's meant for more square footage than we have so it does a well enough job.

Yeah, there are a couple issues here. First being that they felt the need to hide the burrito from their partner, and the other one being that their partner had violated privacy by going through their phone without consent.
No win scenario, honestly. Sit and stew that they didn't trust you with the food info or confront and watch the situation explode as you reveal you didn't trust them more.
