The only time I've ever witnessed this was opening nite of "Star Wars" in La Puente/West Covina area ~ 45 years ago. Back then that was the title of the movie (not "A New Hope" Episode IV).

For a real "first time" user the only suggestion I'd add to this A+ advice is to pick up a cheap set of chisels (&/or carving set). Cheap as in lowest price, quality isn't really critical at this moment. (Harbor Freight, Amazon, etc). This way you can practice sharpening, grind a new base bevel angle, then try wet sanding on glass. You can explore processes & develop your own preferred methods all while having zero worries about messing up your expensive $ quality metal. This is prolly even more appropriate if your aspirations include carving & whittling blades because there are so many different types - unlike the general similarity found from one chisel to the next with only the blade width being different. TLDR: the advantage of having a sacrificial set of chisels/knives stems from being able to continually practice as often as desired & gaining muscle memory etc. thru repetition vs the inexperience resulting from infrequent opportunities coupled with the stress of not wanting to mess up new expensive metal.

Is this the mosaic that Andy found several dislocated tiles from? We never got to see it because the foreman / site coordinator had it dug up & disposed of overnite. Andy returned to work to find his dig site & the entire area had been graded/bulldozed.

I love mango especially because it can be frozen & it doesn't breakdown the texture nor the flavour. It one of the only frozen fruits I can get from grocery store that I can eat out of the package (vs. most frozen fruit is only good for smoothies etc IMO). My favorite is plums, but only from my granma's tree. Nothing sold in stores would ever be labeled "plum" if it were up to me. I also like pineapple alot. Apples, oranges, peaches, while sometimes store bought you might get a good one once in a while, homegrown (or local....basically fresh) fruit has no equal. But i practically live off fruit except during the 3 winter months.

Newpipe has had similar issues for me for the last few days. Not every video, but more have problems than the ones that play. ALL videos are having longer than normal buffering ti es tho. Slow initial load times in Freetube but it's been playing everything fine otherwise.

The article puts the "overwhelmed" statement in auotes but doesn't attribute it to anyone, & later in the article states > the rise in respiratory illnesses has not resulted in patient loads that exceed hospital capacities.

Passing on misleading/clickbait headlines should be discouraged IMO. Also, why are articles being posted without any comments or justification/reasons for sharing the article?

For mechanical fasteners thag don't require any bonding / achesives red heads are what I've always used. They also have special screws, all of these I have no problem recomend\ing. The only advantage I can think one of the redheads might have over your current (working) solution is if you used a a threaded sleeve type to allow the "axle"? to be removeable. I've used these types for bolting tool stands like metal tube be benders to the floor of my garage. Allows me to have multiple tool mounts that are removeable - lasted 10+years without any issues.

Informacam has a similar "chain of custody" goal but was developed for existing devices. Guardian Project was involved with CameraV, the android version for mobile devices. It looks like Proofmode is now the active project & it's available for ios as well as android. https://proofmode.org/

I can tell you really want that to be true, but the bots posting links to "elsewhere" articles with a summary or TLDR that reads like it's been run thru 15 really crappy language translators & fail to even make sense let alone properly summarize the pertinent details - yeah that's what drives me away. I'm prolly a fringe user, my primary use is to satisfy my hobbyist/DIY addictions, & I enjoy being able to read & learn in the same place/format. I generally have little interest in the social media/what's trending or political subs. I used to appreciate seeing occasional posts from the social/politics but they are so toxic & devoid of any conversation that might interest me. I'm really hoping that the humans that are still out in the real world doing amazing things will find their way to federated freedom so I can selfishly return to my daily realization of how little I know. Because those bot posts coupled with all the ignorant hate comments have the opposite effect - I start feeling like there's nothing left to learn here...

fyi "OBD" connector (DLC - Data Link Connector) is a 16pin connector & is supposed to be accessible from drivers seat. This could possibly be the OEM diagnostic port. If so it might be CAN -

Well even if it doesn't bring about the 2nd age of steam for mankind, it should at least be inspiration for a new RP genre - the merging of lasers + evaporation = Cyber + Steampunk?
