I think you have to mark it manually. There is this little flag at the bottom.

It probably depends on when you did it last time. For me its that breathing mouth-to-mouth is no longer recommended for untrained people and that there are two different stable positions, which depend on whether the person is conscious or not.

I currently have premium, but rarely ever I use its features. I think only the trials might be worth it but they are usualy just 1-2h and cloud streaming, which I had trouble to make work as my connection is no the best.
