This is what it sounds like to me and basically Lemmy will be compatible with Meta this is massive if I’m understanding correctly so many people would become aware of Meta alternatives over time.
It’s not a dealbreaker for me but I try to push everyone I can to Signal anyway more secure and private than iMessage.

I applaud him it’s was insanely generous at the time. Outdated for most of todays work but a 4 day type work week etc wouldn’t have even been thought possible at the time.
