My ISP sends me letters even if I am torrenting on VPN. Is there anyway to make my traffic not look like torrenting? in c/[email protected]

Because some idiot isps decided that torrenting is considered serving media/files to others and is thus running a server and thus require you to use Business plans that cost 5x as much.

Is it okay to own a car in a rural area? in c/[email protected]

I think that cars are OK for people that:

-Live in rural areas -People with larger families -Operate essential-ish services(e.g. deliveries)

But for most other people, cars are not needed.
