Yes in fact at 200 km/h it's almost 2 per hour!!!
That's insane. 🤪

No. The party not being sold should be able to void the contract

Of course if both parties want to continue the contract, there is nothing stopping them from doing so.

an independent expert drove a Tesla Model 3 for 600 kilometers of Bavarian highways and experienced five separate phantom braking incidents.

I've said it before, those cars should not be street legal.
It's not just the phantom breaking, it also 30% failure rate at 4 year safety checks in Denmark, and higher average accident rate than any other car.

These are not just anecdotal incidents, but a proven systemic problem throughout the design of Tesla cars.
Blinkers that are Inconvenient in maybe 10% the cases you use them, may be a minor thing, until you have an accident because of it!

I just about puked over her trying to signal virtue wearing a Christian cross, while being part of government murder.
These people are absolutely despicable, and not worth the air they breathe.

If this is true, why then couldn't Arm prevent Qualcomm from using a license agreement they had with a company Qualcomm bought?
The Arm Qualcomm case is bullshit, if you make a license agreement with a company that is later bought by a bigger company, it's no longer the same "legal person". And should absolutely void the license.

All of Ukraine is declared a no fly zone by Ukraine. I think what you mean is that NATO should have helped enforce it.

I wrote I find it sad, why do you think it would be funny?

Yes seems like betting on the lowest denominator regarding Trump is the safer bet.
It will still be interesting to see how he reacts to mostly every country in the world being against him on this?

It's sad how these mental infants think they can negotiate anything about Ukraine, when there is nobody present with a mandate to do so.
Lavrov is as bad as they come, and he can go fuck himself. Nothing he says has any value.
It's not even interesting what they agree on, because it's completely irrelevant. The only thing interesting is how Trump reacts when he realizes the free world combined will absolutely distance themselves from it.
Russia is of course playing along, because they can create discord that way. USA has a fascist leader, that prefer to talk to other fascist leaders, and not the traditional democratic allies of USA.

Trump is crashing USA as world leader for the 2nd time. But this time is worse, and he has done it right from the start of his presidency. Paving the way for a much quicker new world order where China dominates.

Without the support of all the allies, USA is not nearly as powerful as Trump may think they are.

I never said that during campaigns, there's a difference between saying it now, when there's no election, and saying it during election.
During election I pointed out the benefits of voting democrat.
You apparently can't distinguish between reflection and campaign.
Your message is simply the wrong message at the wrong time.

That's a straw man argument, I never claimed any such thing. Not giving a shit, doesn't mean you are not responsible.
Your logic is flawed and all over the place.
