I think he called it rigged due to losing the popular vote. Despite the Electoral College who REALLY decides who wins, that wasn't enough for him. He wanted a huge popular lead over Hilary.

I am not familiar with her, so I cannot really say for certain what I think about her. What I CAN say is if a minor fall puts you in the hospital for a couple of hours, maybe you're not fit to be in a seat of power.
While I really REALLY hope he doesn't weasel himself out of this, our justice system highly favors people with money to pay for crimes to go away.
