California doesn’t think about AL at all.

This thread is fun too. Like valve is giving a wink and a nod when saying Windows is fine. Valve sells games. They don’t care if you play on steamOS, Windows, or a steam powered adding machine.

My partner is fully moving out of her place and putting it on the market for a year or two, fully furnished. We were living there maybe 4 months out of the year. Honestly I hope she’s able to make some extra cash on it but it’s mostly to make some housing available. Maybe we’re the evil landlords now?

Yes subsidized healthcare is the goal.

There are other cloud storage providers. Dropbox is probably the bigger ones offering personal cloud storage only, behind google and onedrive.

Or you can get a Synology. A 2-drive unit with a pair of drives. Their “Drive” app functions well, but depends on your home internet and power.

Why not buy more google drive? $100/yr gives you 2tb. This might be the easiest for you to adapt too.

I see you have some sort of legacy account but I’m sure you can convert it.

This is a shortsighted, unintelligent comment.

I'm considering moving out of LA and renting my place out to add to the housing market for 1-2 years. In order to make it work, i'll need to set my rate about $1000/mo more than what "normal" has been for the last year. Am I a shitty landlord or am I helping? Before the fires I wouldn't have considered it.

Smaller communities generally have trouble growing. If you were around while Reddit was taking off, they had only a few subreddits to start, and they only created other subreddits when there was a large enough community to support it.

I'd add content to existing community instead of starting a new one.

If you need a working vehicle you shouldn’t buy one that’s not working.

Ask a shop for an estimate.
