Solids weigh different amounts. You are talking about ml here. This is a good example of why it isn't ideal.
It means for every $10 he gets charged, he's paying $3 for stuff like gst, carbon tax, etc. $7 is for the actual gas or whatever he is consuming.

Jobs been mainly taught and you can rock that for a whole shift.
OP is using McDonald's as it's pretty universal to know the basics of life on that part. Like how to press a button, what a freezer is, how to carry something and how to move objects without ruining things.
Go ahead and try to teach someone how to be a doctor/dentist with the same common knowledge. Or how to get someone to program an application when they only know how to turn on an iPad and open an app.
Dexterity vs experimentation

Putting a child in and out of a bike carrier is a ton easier compared to a car seat. It's not really an issue.
There's a surprising amount of programmers that don't know basics of various parts of an operating system. I know people that know several languages, but get lost on installing a mod pack for a game or installing an app from within another app like a browser.
