Aqua doesn't think much of it because he's already told Kana when they played catchball that the show is simply fluff and for entertainment value and that his real self isn't really in it. For him it's already a closed chapter and I think he considered the fact that Kana as an actress would already know that. I don't think he's caught on yet how much Kana loves him. We know because we see everything from her down to her deepest thoughts but Aqua doesn't see any of that.
