I agree with you on that i prefer HL1 but for me it's because i preferred the feeling of loneliness that it gives you, compared to HL2 in which you're not alone in your quest. Also HL1 has more segments inside buildings which i liked.

I was feeling the same way until i browsed by New and found some interesting communities, plus subscribing to the ones that migrated or were similar to the ones i was subscribing on Reddit. Now i find interesting stuff but without that many memes, which is what actually sells lemmy to me tbh.

I played it and really liked it. It really scratches that itch of getting into online rabbit holes in an old web environment. Also as a fan of the vaporwave theme i found it one of the best experiences i had in gaming.

I like it. I prefer the UI plus it's really refreshing to browse some similar communities i also browse on reddit and not seeing that many memes.
