Big fan of Methodical in South Carolina. They get some very interesting roasts.
I'm a former employee. My experience there wasn't great. Owner treated employees poorly.
OTOH you aren't going to beat their prices anywhere else, but the main reasoning for that is they try to keep costs as low as they can and push the employees to get everything out same day to keep orders coming in. It was pretty exhausting and there was a high employee turnover.
If you're on a budget they're fine. If not, go elsewhere.
Does Arizona need to play music in between almost every pitch? It's a bit much.
