Took me a few rereads, but pretty sure it's saying that last month the drivers threatened to strike if they didn't get a pay raise. The threat was successful and the pay raise will go in affect by May 2024.

I don't think so. You got the full game when it came out if you preordered, and they even gave every pre order digital deluxe for free. They were also very blatant about what you're getting in early access (act 1 only, only access to certain classes, way more content to come with the full release).
Plus they limited it to act 1 only. So I don't get how you could even claim it was a "full release game released as early access". You literally couldn't even play the whole game.
Not to mention that the gas companies were reporting record profits after increasing the price.
What would be some examples of rights in your mind?
Part of it though is that if you hurt the users enough then they're kinda forced to go elsewhere. I know it sucks, but the alternative is to continue using Reddit and I don't think I need to explain why that would be bad.
How does one turn a camera into a microphone? Also the thing being discussed is that one part of the whole not working shouldn't cause the whole to stop working.
