I was considering it, but I can’t justify the upgrade from iPhone12 as it works fine. I did upgrade from iPad 2 to the mini which has usb c, as does my laptop. AirPods being lighting make it 50/50 usb c/lightning.

I’ve decided to go for this kind of thing in the mean time. Having the little nubbins is probably annoying, but a more budget friendly option for me to not have to always have two types of cables handy

Also a way to have some subscribed communities not show in the main home. I can’t always watch sports live and don’t like getting spoilers before in can watch. Akin to the multi-Reddit.

I had a multi Reddit with all the F1 and Motogp stuff separate from my home feed just for this purpose. Hoping one of the lemmy apps can get something similar going. The only way I could really avoid spoilers especially since I couldn’t always watch the race until a day or two later sometimes.

Works for me on iPad and iPhone. Starting the gesture off the left side of the screen screen or from the very edge, swiping to the right.

What I miss is the swiping from the right side to go back to a post from the feed, or to save a post from the feed.

I’d like to add swipe to go forward, that is, back to a post after swiping back to the feed. Even after scrolling a bit.

It’s a little thing that Apollo had that came in handy now and again, like many of it’s subtle QoL options.

I appreciate this is a different app, just launched in a couple of weeks and it’s already super polished and virtually bug free… hence the nitpicky ask.

I had a trailer because we didn’t really have the space for a long bike. It folded flat for ease of storage. It was a pain to get bike out, trailer out, kid out, put wheels and tow arm on trailer, trailer on bike, kid in trailer… then do it all in reverse when we got home. Living in a place where cars rule the road, even with nice bike lanes, having the wide trailer behind was nerve wracking.

I ended up getting a seat for the rear rack.

My Granny basket shopping bike is in a shopping container on its way to, fortunately, quite close to this area. Where can one search for bike packing/ touring trails and routes?
