One of the best ship to ship combat sequences ever made.

Volk is Halloways Kryptonite. Maybe one day he can pull it off but I imagine it would take a complete shift in his fighting style or in cage habits to throw off Volk

Simply based off of his track history of not paying his debts I wouldn't take on a single contract or loan with this person. We have a local business owner who doesn't pay his contractors. It's well known locally so he always has to hire out of county to get work done because everyone knows he will screw you over. Trump is no different.

I know 2 people who wrote COBOL code for some major healthcare systems a long time ago and they came out of retirement about 5 years ago to update/convert that code. They made six figure salaries working from home to update that code.

To quote the great Nicholas Meyer (Director of Wrath of Khan) who spoke on this topic:

"Roddenberry had his own utopian vision about the perfectibility of man, and I never really believed that. And I don’t think the show demonstrates that. I think it is about gunboat diplomacy. In the final analysis, the Enterprise fires. They’re always shooting and bringing civilization, and coming to worlds where they don’t approve of tyrannical enterprises – no pun intended – and they substitute their own quote unquote enlightened version of how society is supposed to work, which is essentially American."

I use Windows for work and gaming, MacOS for app development (mostly because I can code for iOS and Android in one environment), and ChromeOS for my daily browsing.

I just enjoy how chrome always works when I need to just browse the internet or buy something online without issue.

When I worked as a IT Tech at a University years ago we had a lot of MacOS users who believed they could just pick it up and use it like their iPhone. It was absurd how well their marketing worked because those users either forced themselves to learn it or dropped it and went back to Windows.

I know a lot of iOS users who have iPads and iPhones but still have windows PCs because they don't have to worry about compatibility issues.

I think it's more about how those types of buyers view the manufacturers reliability long term. The man is unhinged and has proven with Twitter that if given the chance he will willingly fuck over users. Imagine giving a bully the ability to limit your driving range or disabling your vehicle on a whim because he decides he doesn't like you or what your local govt says.

Not saying he would do it but he has proven repeatedly to be unstable enough to believe he could escape punishment for doing it.

It's a little rough to read in the beginning. You can clearly see Cook struggling to find his voice in writing. The story is great and the writing does improve.

EDIT: Just saw your username. I am eagerly awaiting the next Dresden novel also.

Those are super easy to fix. Even the Google eraser could fix those easily.

I have lived in the desert my whole life. So I guess I'm an expert now. I can tell you that it's hot as fuck and it can still kill me. No amount of planned "exposure" is going to prevent dehydration or heat exhaustion.
