I made a post about the stew: https://lemmy.world/post/3896784
It was basically the veggies in my fridge plus lentils.
I used veggie stock, garlic powder, scape salt, berbere and ginger as seasoning.

Sounds like a really good plan!
We also have soil that isn't very conducive to growing. We used the same method about two years ago and are starting to see results. We still ammend the soil a bit when we plant directly, but there sure is a lot more going on in the soil now. It's super satisfying to see mushrooms popup in the wood chips!
I didn't know hemp seeds got bitter! This was fancier than normal because it's the weekend but I normally toss the dry stuff and a spoon of jam into a mason jar, fill it with hot water and bring that to work with me to eat a few hours later. I haven't experienced bitterness with that.
Talented, brilliant, incredible, amazing, show stopping, spectacular!
Nice! It's like a cheat code for flavor 🤤
Peanut butter and noodles is truly a great combination 🤤
Looks so nice and chewy!
The dumplings are such a good idea! I assume you cooked them in the soup? Was that just under simmer in the EPC?
So hearty and comforting 🥰
The nori substitute for anchovies is just brilliant.
