One server can defederate from another server, that doesn't prevent a 3rd server from communicating with both of them

This is the most hilarious one!

What did I ever do to you for you to hurt me in this way?

Oooh, I'm gonna have to try this later (I wish Kbin had a save button like lemmy does)

Gonna be honest, this isn't my experience, a lot of stuff just doesn't work on Windows anymore

I can get those same programs to work fairly easily on linux though using Wine/Proton

On one hand I'm pretty sure we all can be pretty confident he's guilty

On the other I wish everyone acted more like this instead of treating the idea of making a rich person go to court to find out the truth like it's an attack

This has to be the biggest thing that I'm waiting for to be standardized on the fediverse

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 year ago

With that though there are workarounds that aren't to hard, though it is true that you have to understand a bit about federation for that

It would be better if you could transfer your accounts from one server to another (Like you can do with Mastodon and Calkey), but I understand that there's a lot for people to work on still

Same here, no matter what they do now they've made it extremely clear what they think about their users, even if something happened tomorrow and the fediverse somehow went down (which would be a feat unto itself) I'm never touching reddit again

The SteamDeck, you can take it with you anywhere and it's a computer that trumps anything they'd have even imagined. as for the game, Honestly I think something like modded Minecraft, something with a vast open world for sure

I only just started using linux on my laptop like a year and a half ago, I hoped around at first but then around a year ago landes on Fedora with KDE, and haven't used anything else (besides SteamOS) sense
