Tumblr is absolutely still a thing, my wife uses it all the time.

I work over at the power plant with dicknose here, give me a food!

Seriously. It's obviously abhorrent, but thankfully as of now there's zero chance of it passing. Save your energy for the many things that warrant shock and disgust.

By then it will be the third time.

You're missing the point. No one thought Trump was the "anti-genocide" candidate. The people who DO care about Palestine knew that Biden was arming and facilitating genocide, and they heard Harris when she promised more of the same. Trump also supporting the genocide clearly wasn't enough to get lots of those people to vote against him. You can call them stupid, or short-sighted, or whatever names you want, but the reality is that it's not enough to point at the GOP and say that they're also pro-genocide.

I compromised on my morals by voting for Harris. Fat lot of good that did me. I learned a lesson, but I doubt that the Dems did.

Yes, maybe things would have gone differently if they had done anything to appeal to people with a proven track record of voting blue (including opposing genocide in Gaza, which most Democrat voters oppose) rather than trying to appeal to imaginary "moderate Republicans". I guess we'll never know!

No one is asking for their asses to be kissed, we're asking for a campaign that appeals to enough voters in the party's own base as opposed to courting voters in the other party's base.

Whenever I see people bring that up, there seems to be an assumption that Kamala definitely would have won if more people voted. Maybe that's true, but who's to say? I do agree that Dems need to increase turnout if they want to remain competitive, and I hope they do that by running a better campaign rather than banking on the idea that being "not Trump" will be enough to win. I'm not optimistic about that though.

Allowing the dev to continue work from prison would benefit the dev and help them live a better life after finishing their sentence, rather than making money for the prison industrial complex at the dev's expense.

It doesn't matter what they wanted, since every single 3rd party vote (including right wing third parties) could have gone to Kamala and she still would have lost.
