Takeover news: Daniel Harris understands Ineos are in constant meetings with lawyers in New York and also with minority shareholder reps. As far as Ienos are concerned, these are final details and United is going to Ratcliffe, but they also feel something untoward is going on.

Thanks for the info. It’s such a shitshow on Twitter right now.

Tell me about it. I'd literally just finished setting up some RSS feeds from Twitter accounts, then the next day it all got Musk'd 😒

Ahh, did you setup some Reddit redirection too?

I have Reddit feeds and did have Twitter feeds being posted to my own Discord server. Gonna look into an alternative way to get Twitter feeds but it looks like they've made it quite difficult. Mastodon clone bots are no longer working and I don't think nitter.net is working either

Anyone have any idea how reliable this guy is?

I feel most of these reports so far have just been either Qatar or Ratcliffe trying to do some PR spin.

Dan Harris was Tier 3 on r/RedDevils. He's more a columnist rather than a reporter so writes about wider issues than day to day stuff. Thought it was worth posting as most of what we've heard lately is about Qatar being confident

Thanks for the info!

Im curious what they mean by "something untoward going on" I assume the Qatari's are trying to do something with money under the table or a side deal with glazer business and Qatar? Who knows.
