Desktop, app? Local, subscribed, all? New, hot, active? Some combination? I usually stick to local or subscribed with new. Every once in a while hot, all.

A mixture of desktop and mobile using Jerboa for me. Tried Boost, but it didn't really seem to have much that I wanted, tbh.

For my SFW account I browse by subscribed and new, wheras here I browse by local and new (since there's not much other than smut here. :P).

I also have apps and extensions to time limit my use of it because Lemmy and Mastodon have kinda given me an unhealthy relationship with social media. I'm the type to obsess over drama and the Fediverse has no shortage of it. I kinda let it consume my life for a bit which was... Not great.

The nice thing with the fediverse is if you just stick to your local instance and maybe a few remote communities, you can avoid most of the drama. And its mostly memes here anyway.

Mobile with boost, usually all hot.

I can't imagine you came across this on all hot.

To be honest, I was browsing local this time.

Mostly mobile using Eternity. Sometimes on PC through browser.

Usually browser on desktop. Using scaled or hot.

Mobile for me on jerboa. I've got too many wandering eyes nearby to use desktop usually.

If I'm on my general purpose account I stick to all - hot or new or maybe active if I haven't been on in a while and something interesting has happened. I keep a bunch of instance specific accounts, like this one, that I usually stick to local-new with though.

Desktop browser, subscribed, by Hot.
