The republicans in the house aren’t going to pass anything useful that Biden could tout as an accomplishment.

Agreed, but still no pass as they should have done this in his first year. When you wait and then blame the other side, you never intended to do it and just want a political excuse.

I'm not saying they should blame the other side, just forecasting the chances of anything like that passing with Republicans controlling the House.
