I was given a tour of the Stanton Energy Center power plant back in '95. From the top of the boiler building you could easily pick out the VAB on the coast, 30+ miles away. It was a neat experience for sure.

The Vehicle Assembly Building at Kennedy Space Center. It's used to "stack" (assemble) spacecraft prior to launch. It is pretty darn big: Vehicle Assembly Building
