Is there some way to export/extract bookmarks from Android Firefox without using FF's online sync? (beehaw.org)

FF's sync can be used to get the bookmarks onto a pc and then it can be exported. I've tried that and I do know that it works.

is there any other way to get it on Android Firefox(the stable/regular one, not beta or nightly, and on a non-rooted device). Is there any option to extract the bookmarks using usb debugging or so?

There was XbrowserSync but I'm not certain it's still being maintained.

I think it is not possible without sync 🤷
