The footage does give me some nostalgia. One of the first pc games I ever played was warcraft 2. After I would play starcraft 2 with my cousin over dial up lol. I did play warcraft 3 but I never got into the modding scene so I did not get addicted to dota. I hope this game will be successful because I like rts games.
I'm certainly getting the Starcraft 2 vibes from this and I'm hopeful this will be good. It's hard for me to say this is going to be a must buy right now given the alpha footage was on the slow/jittery side but I'll definitely keep following
I'm hyped, but whether the gameplay works only time will tell. I think it looks quite snappy. They are capable of making a great RTS for sure. The art can use some work in my opinion, like the turret, but it's not even alpha, so enough time for that.
Very excited for this! There hasn’t been a new RTS game which has excited me as much as Starcraft. Age Of Empires isn’t my thing and a new Command and Conquer isn’t probably coming out any time soon if ever.
