This'll definitely blow up once it hits netflix. I loved this show, the effort put into some of the combat scenes was above and beyond and I could never understand how it flew under the radar.

For anyone interested, this is a pretty dark prequel to treasure island with some incredible age of sails combat sequences that make master and commander look low budget.

Time for a rewatch! Such a great show, with clever, bold characters. Way underrated.
