It often feels like they are a parody of tankies, but sometimes I think they might actually be legit Stalinists, but then I see stuff like this.

Its not very recommended to use both that one and the offical instance for that specific reason

Lemmy.ml are certainly Marxists-lenninists, but really, lemigrad feels like tankies that actually act like how we all joke that tankies act?

They have legitimate stalanists. Some are critical of stalin some, for some reason, support him uncritically. No one wants to discuss things in good faith with them even if they are respectful, just call them tankies. So why do they need to feel like they need to be bastions of debate? If you don't like their community just block it.
