One of my favorites. Originally adapted from Death & Co. I don't have a juicer, so I blend a bunch of celery then fliter it through a cheese cloth. It works well for now.

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Celery Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz. Honey Syrup

That sounds fantastic—bookmarking this. Is it your own adaptation of the D&Co cocktail, or is it what’s in the book itself (…need to get the book!).

This sounds fantastic, but I've never used celery juice before. Can you buy that in the store, or do you make it yourself?

I made it myslef with a blender an cheesecloth.

Edit : Not bad at all. Celery isn't overwhelming. Makes for a very nice drink. Thanks for sharing!
