I hope so too, but I think Max is on another level and I just can't trust Ferrari on strategy, I really want to, but history is against them!!

Part of my wants to see Red Bull win every race this season just to see if the FIA do something about absolute dominance by one team or stick to their line that its within the rules and other teams have to catch up! But the other part of me who is a fan of F1 and no particular team or driver wants to see competition for wins from all teams.

Honestly, they could make the grid order for every race the reverse of the championship order, and max would still win the championship

He's delusional.

I'm really hoping that Lando gets a good start and the Ferrari's don't hold him up too much. I so want this new update to be good and to work! But I've a horrible suspicion that this comment will age like milk.

I really don’t think they have the pace to hold on to Max even for a couple of laps

Yep, being within a couple of seconds after the first handful of laps would be a surprise. It's a shame, but that's the way it is. I was surprised to see Leclerc behind Sainz yesterday. I think Sainz is undervalued and Leclerc overvalued, but I don't think I can support Sainz being a better driver. More consistent, perhaps, but I think Leclerc will have to be the one to mount a challenge to Verstappen from Ferrari. One day, if he can keep his spirits from being crushed.

By attacking they mean starting on hard tyres while max starts on medium, then inexplicably pitting for mediums 5 laps before max and 3 laps before it starts raining?

We are checking...

Hopefully with the new tyres, they'll be able to change that to four laps

Well let’s hope they can and not fail on technical issues or crappy strategy again.

1.5 second gap for Max by the time DRS was enabled.

The (initial) attack lasted about 3 corners
