Started this book and am really enjoying it thus far. It is a great follow-up, or prequel, if you will, to her podcast ‘Ultra’. Fascinating story, and a warning…

The Myth of Normal by Gabor Maté; about all kinds of psychological trauma and its effect on your health.

That sounds like a very interesting subject… Enjoy your read!

I’m reading two books right now:

“Ctrl-Alt-Delete: an Anti-Fascist Report on the Alt-Right”, by Kersplebedeb, Lyons, IGD, and Bromma

“Means and Ends”, by Zoe Baker

Both books are great, highly recommend them. Ctrl-Alt-Delete is relatively self explanatory, it’s about the alt-right from the perspective of antifascists. Means and Ends is a historical examination of anarchism/libertarian socialism as it existed in Europe and North America from the 1860s until WWII.

Sounds really interesting. Have you read ‘On Tyranny’ by Timothy Snyder? Great book. Quick read. Outlines 20 lessons how as a common member of society we can protect from rise of fascist-like activities.

I have not, and it looks pretty short and is probably an easier read than some of the more dense books I’ve been reading lately. I’ll check online and see if I can get myself a used copy on ebay

Yeah. I suspect this was intentional. Easy to read, consume and act upon.
