I opened RIF app today (7/1) and saw this, any idea what's going on?

RIF was originally built on old reddit. It's basically functioning as a browser now - if you log in, it will give you a messed up version of old reddit on desktop. You can use it if you want, but it's not going to properly resize graphics like a true mobile browser would.
