Tried to make it a bit more readable. Also, fixed the order of the promoted teams.

Is their metric difference in points at this point in the season? I wonder if they're replacing the relegated teams differently than I am

Ah, I figured it out. I had mistakenly added Everton as a home game. I'll see if I can replace the OP.
