ah, I’ve seen that before.. i recall the violence measurements. Glad to have a copy of that.
I read the introduction (linked page) in detail and skimmed the next two chapters. That's not enough to form a concrete opinion, but plenty to judge this worthy of my reading list.
It's the one I give people who do not know what to do. Plus, it has lots of sources to direct you elsewhere. It is an overview. :)
