A pretty good deal for both sides. The Lakers get a decent player to carry the load through the regular season to not wear down Lebron and AD too much, but they're paying less than $20M/year. I just hope he builds more chemistry with AD, because the Lakers have lacked a consistent playmaker to lob the basketball and create easy, verticle offenses above the basket since Rondo was here.
