Fun Fact: being in prison is not a disqualifying factor when running for president! He theoretically could still run and win while in jail.

He's not trump, and that's reason enough for me in the general. I'd vote for a pile of soggy newspapers if it was the most viable candidate running against Trump.
The problem is we're in a we need to win every time, because they only need to win once situation with the fascists and biden is not the guy to get us out of that situation.
We came one vice president to it on jan 6th, so even if biden wins we are 4, maybe 8 years out from giving control to a party who's entire MO is the establishment of a christian nationalist theocracy.
Not needing to fear for my life or rights as much for not being straight is good enough for me.
