We've gotten a list of fresh challenges coming to Splatoon 3!

Oh My Gush: Gushers will appear on stages
Making It Rain... Here?: The Rainmaker will appear on other game modes (like Splat Zones I assume)
Towering Tower Control: The tower is big enough to fit your entire team
Fastest Blasters: You can only use blasters
Fully Charged: You can only use chargers

Some of the challenges seem to be linked to specific maps which I didn't realise initially.
