People are installing solar panels to save money on their power bills, but some who have hired Utah-based solar installer Elan Solar say bills have gone up because the panels simply do not work.

There’s a serious issue in Southern Utah where these solar companies will happily install their system on a 15-year old roof that needs replacement first. I’ve seen it time and time again.

I don’t think these homeowners understand how costly it will be.
