Tears of the Kingdom is just absurd. A lot of fun even though I doubt I'll ever finish the main story.
Whatcha Playin?
A place in the fediverse to talk about the games you're playing and share your thoughts on them.
Each week we plan to post a Friday thread asking what you're playing this week/weekend. But feel free to drop other posts here as well!
I thought the amount of content in that game was unfathomable, then a month later Bethesda hit me with the Starfield trailer.
GOTY 2023 is gonna be one hell of a lineup
Still playing Diablo 4! I knew I’d probably enjoy it but I’m having way more fun than I thought I would
I'm all about Diablo 4 right now. It's so satisfying
dabbling between rock band 3/4, madden 10, diablo 4, and the angry video game nerd I and II
I been playing Doom and Blood. Keeping very old school atm
Mostly have been playing l4d2 with my buddies and some cdda
I think it's going to be a Pikmin weekend for me. The Pikmin 4 demo was juicy enough to bait me into buying the Pikmin 1 and 2 remasters. No regrets, it plays fantastically
I'm taking my time with Spiritfarer and generally quite enjoying it.
I'm really excited for more people to play Ghost Trick but I'm personally gonna be diving into Crime O'Clock and MDA: Rain Code this weekend.
I've recently bought both Superhot games (Don't have VR) and also Dune: Spice Wars. I highly recommend the ladder as they just added the Conquest update which made the game so much more interesting to me.
I cracked open Mount & Blade Banner Lord for the first time since it released. I remember it being good, and they've since improved quite a bit. Like, I'm kinda having a hard time putting it down. The oddly specific roleplays are endless after you get the hang of the gameplay & combat loop. Merry men of the forest? The men were VERY merry. Mudflap of Arabia? I tricked & conquered the desert folk like Lawrence could have only dreamed of.
Anyways my family hasn't seen me in weeks and there's probably a missing person's bulletin out for me. I'm just riding around Calradia broke as hell & winning tournaments.
I know I'm pretty late to the party, but just started playing Elden Ring and yeah... it's pretty good. I avoided it for a while because I'm not into souls games, but I got desperate for something to play and saw a lot of stuff from non-souls-lovers who loved it. I am enjoying myself but I don't know if I'll end up beating it. It's pretty stressful. lol
I just finished Inscryption and thought it incredible. Very unique gaming experience and the less you know about it going in the better.
I've been mainly playing Dave the Diver and Tears of the Kingdom, but I also just started Infernax. Too many games in my backlog to just choose one.
i've been wanting to play DCS all day but haven't had the motivation to set my stuff up so it's just been war thunder
Unfortunately, my Ark addiction has resurfaced. I truly wish there was a better game that had utility mechanics for tamed beasts. I love when different dinos fit different purposes other than just "kills other things faster. If the Ark unreal 5 remaster that's supposedly coming out has a good modding presence, doesn't break all the time, and puts some resources towards some more dino TLC updates again I'll likely keep playing the damn game. I have no hope/expectations for Ark 2, sadly.
Age of Wonders 4, its good fun, but sad that city architecture is based on type of empire and not race
Tears of kingdom, but taking my time
