A haiku bot would be great if it doesn't exist already

It would be nice to have a bot development related community, with tutorials and questions on how to create bots and perhaps a "request" discussion thread

There is a Haiku Youtube one , but to be frank i got no idea what it does and why. But I have seen it , just letting you know
