I feel the same, confused. Who are all the characters and what their motivations? End of episode one so far. Will persevere.
The Witcher
Witcher books, Witcher games and everything else Witcher.
I found the books to be like this, so many mages
Lmao like season two made any sense? Lauren fucked with the plot, changed a bunch of stuff, especially characters (yennefer). Basically, it’s badly written fan fiction and has nothing to do with the books anymore.
I rewatched the last 2 episodes of season 2. Watched season 3, which I enjoyed. But now restarted to read the books, because although I enjoyed it, it was a bit disappointing.
Just finished s3 I actually really hated it. I'm over the Witcher Netflix series it's done for me. Thank God the books and games are still a thing though
I liked that things were happening. I feel like the earlier seasons it was a 45 minute episode and the last 5 minutes something would actually happen that pushed the storyline forward. But I do agree I was a little lost with everything that was going on. I couldn't really remember all the players and what their motivations were.
It jumped around a bit for sure, but it looks like they are trying to fit a lot of content in, what, five hours?
I still enjoyed it, though.
