Sup fantasy folks! I'm usually in 3 season long leagues, as well as 3+ guillotine leagues and a DFS group that I compete against every week, as well as like a 100 Underdog leagues that I draft throughout the preseason. My season long leagues are a dynasty league and two keeper leagues. Love this shit, can't wait to watch the community blossom!
Fantasy Football
6 leagues last year, but usually play in 4-5 leagues where my teams are fairly streamlined. This past year was very difficult keeping up but I managed to win my first time ever in one league (workplace league) and my worst finish was 3rd.
This year I'm taking a step back and sticking to 2-3 so I can focus on making content for my main league that I'm the commissioner of.
I trimmed down my fantasy intake last season to just two leagues of friends that I have been in for years, one a 10-man and one a 12-man and both redraft. I went undefeated in both during the regular season. I also then lost in the first round of the playoffs in both, ha. It was horrible.
Ouch, that’s a disappointing finish for sure after such dominant regular seasons. Did you run into McKinnon in the playoffs? He’s what allowed me to upset the 1 seed as the 6 in my league
One year, I was experimenting platforms and was in 4 leagues. Absolutely too much for me, even more because I care about my teams. If you're playing for money and to improve your chances, it makes sense to get into a lot of leagues, but otherwise, I'd just join the ones I care about.
That said, I'm in 1 right now, with a group of friends. 10 years in, we have a trophy and give away rings for the champs. 16-team, .5 PPR, auction draft on FleaFlicker.
Hi!!! There will prob be a lot of people coming from Reddit to many subs in this site. I hope their decision comes back to bite them, but I feel it won’t.
As for your question, I’m usually in three leagues. That seems to be the sweet spot for me. Anything more than that and it’s too much.
