If anybody doesn't know Holy Mountain, it is IMO the best craft brewery in Seattle. They make excellent traditional IPAs and sours, and they also take risks and experiment with weird shit, and most of it ends up delicious.
Their new Phinney location seems to be a little bit more family-friendly, but it still has its roots in the aesthetic of metal music and cool cryptic art.
