Only a matter of hours left, I can’t see me using Reddit any more, so thought I’d give this Memmy App a go…

You might also want to check out wefwef:

wefwef.app

It's a webapp, but it's the best webapp I've ever seen.

yeahhhhh wefwef was the first thing that made me want to sign up for a lemmy instance. wish those confirmation emails would work!

It really has softened the blow of losing Apollo a little

It’s really nice, agree best web app I’ve seen.

wefwef is a fantastic option, at least until a native app surpasses it. Maybe wefwef can prove a web app can be as good as a native one — it’s certainly already impressive in its current state and it’s my app of choice for lemmy right now.

I'm selfhosting it right now and I'm even more amazed by that fact alone.

Was logged in when the app quit. Figured it crashed but then the realization set in when it was exactly 4pm. Figured I had till tonight at least :(

Just started using wefwef. I just may like it here!

I’m here! Bye bye the last 14 years of posts, karma and all that.

Glad we have some Apollo friends here! :)

RIF is down too. Gonna see what this place is like for a while.

I’ve been left with a huge void but this will do.. never Reddit… never…

Been here a while already, how they treated Apollo was truly the worst out of all the apps, utter disregard, so I didn‘t feel like giving Reddit any views anymore out of spite. Still going strong in my boycott, mostly because I‘m having a better time here anyway. It‘s a nice feeling seeing it all grow.

Memmy is a great TestFlight app as of now instead of a web app like Wefwef

Very impressed with the pace of development on Memmy.

I’ve moved from Apollo to Memmy and been pleased how close the two are.

Welp, here we go again. Something Awful, GenMay, Digg, Reddit. Guess it is time for this old fuck to kick the tires on this new bad boy.

Hello kbin!

17 years. Comments deleted. Account deleted.

I can assure you that what Reddit has become is not what it started as.

Hopefully, the communities emerging learn from those mistakes!

The last update for Apollo crashes on launch. I guess that's a sign to ditch Reddit for good.

Just made my account. Came here first thing. Will try wefwef in a bit. Seems interesting.
