A tanker truck arrived at the "Krasnoilsk" checkpoint on its way out of Ukraine. The documents provided by the driver stated that the tank was empty. When the border guards offered the man to move the vehicle for an in-depth inspection with the help of a scanner, he began to obstruct the movement of the car in every possible way: he pulled out electrical wires and assured that the car was faulty. Accompanied by border guards, the truck was inspected at the Porubne checkpoint. The scan showed that there were boxes of cigarettes in the tank.
