Great series, final season was a bit rushed but still good. Premise/ideas were excellent.

Completely agree! The finale left room for a new season or a new related series.
Spin-offs in other cities would have been cool
Ah this show was wonderful! Ahead of its time with the AI and mass surveillance stuff (IIRC it called it before the Snowden leaks).
Didn't know what I was getting into when I started watching it. Show's definitely a hidden gem.
I rewatch it every few years. Good stuff.
It was phenomenally good while the authors avoided succumbing to the unimaginatice "the enemy must be basically us in the mirror". Asymmetric = good.
Agree. I didn't like the bit where the Machine went

"Father, I'm so sorry..."
ive watched this show probably 4-5 times since the finale. such a good show. sometimes i sneak up on my wife and go DUNDUNDUNDUNDUNDUN You are being watched
Ditto! (not the sneaking-up part 😂)
I loved this series. I nearly passed on it, thinking it was your typical procedural. So glad I gave it a chance.
I need to do a rewatch, but it’s so hard to find the time with all these other fantastic shows out there.
For those who loved Person of Interest: at the moment I'm watching Forever and it's giving me similar feelings as Person of Interest did. It's a bit of a vague statement, I know, but I can't really put my finger on what or why. Just give it a try if you haven't already. The background story is different, but many elements feel very similar.
Curious to know if anyone else see some similarities and can actually flesh them out concretely.
