I'm making this stuffing and some Beyond chili to bring to the family gathering this year. I'm using Country Crock instead of butter for the stuffing so it's all vegan. I'll be sure to post pictures of both dishes later, along with my chili recipe.

What are your favorite dishes to make on Thanksgiving?

Lasagna, if you have any Italian heritage, counts as a thanksgiving meal.

Beyond chili sounds great!

I make my grammum‘a Pennsylvania German potato filling, basically mashed potatoes plus filling stuffed into a bread pan basted in butter and baked. She did not have a recipe, just a list of ingredients: potatoes mashed, celery and onion chopped and cooked, butter, salt and pepper, an egg, stale bread chopped, herbs (I use rosemary and thyme), and milk if needed to thin it a bit.

For some reason, my dad is making this, but vegetarian: https://veganhuggs.com/vegan-wellington/

I'll let you know how it goes.

Wow, that actually looks really delicious. I'm saving this link for later. Thanks

Ok. Update. The way my dad made it, it was delicious! Definitely recommend.

I've made an imitation meat Bolognese which works surprisingly well and tastes very good, if that's your group's style

Sounds tasty! Do you have a recipe, or any general tips for making it?
