Okay they've done bad shit. But cutting power for safety is not one of those things.

Yeah agreed, but they could have done better at maintaining equipment and infrastructure to make these occurrences more rare. End of the article says avg bills will raise $32/mo next year so they can bury power lines. Prices raising everywhere and it just never ends.
