There’s something real screwy with somebody’s numbers. Denver is -40% in one report and -0.4% in another? Cmon now!

I saw the twitter thread as it happened and came away feeling like this data is somehow not right - it’s anecdotal of course, but lots of folks in the comments also chimed in that they’d had their best year ever in the markets 🤷🏻‍♂️
