if you subscribe to youtube premium, do you get to keep your ad blocker turned on? I find it useful for ui control, to block some of the elements of the user interface that I don't like, like the animated thumbnails

Now I'm thoroughly curious to see. How are they going to track this? Can I just not be logged in and use AdBlock? I mean even if I get three strikes I can always change my IP. What if I develop an AdBlock that goes around the counter? Will this be a arms race?. Idk what's next
