Cheers! They're my favourite plates. They're Denby, i snagged them on the cheap when i worked at a kitchen store.
I don't know what osso bucco is but I want that so I'm going to look into it
It's a slow-cooked beef shank in a tomato ragu. Instead of beef, this one uses lamb shanks. Sounds awesome.
