Welcome! And thank you for sharing I dig the look. Is that minion a drop from a dungeon? It looks familiar but I don’t think I have that one.
Yes, it's one of those minions that you can only get as a dungeon drop, sadly, not available on the marketboard. It's from the level 87 dungeon.

Dungeon: Ktisis Hyperboreia, drops from last boss, the minion is named Caduceus.

I have not once seen the bird drop from the level 90 dungeon as many times as I got it in roulettes, so I know that pain! As for this snek, I purposely farmed him with a Trust for this character. It's total RNG, but it took 25 runs before it finally dropped (I kept count just out of curiosity).
But then, on an alt in the level 89 dungeon, I got the minion drop there the first time through with a Trust. Go figure!
Ah trusts you got to love them because DPS queues can be bonkers but I swear I have PTSD from spamming them so many times.
